You must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft (Java or Bedrock Edition) to play on HavenCraft. We do not support cracked or pirated clients. Players under 13 should have parental consent before using our services.
4. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account. Any activity performed under your account — including rule violations, chat messages, and trades — is your responsibility. If your account is compromised, notify staff immediately, but punishments may still apply.
5. Server Rules
All players must follow our Server Rules. Violations may result in warnings, mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans at the discretion of our staff team. Severe offenses (hacking, doxxing, threats) may result in an immediate permanent ban without warning.
6. Purchases and Digital Goods
All purchases on HavenCraft, including ranks, cosmetic packages, and donations, are considered digital goods delivered in-game. No physical items will be shipped. Purchases support server operations and are made voluntarily.
7. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once completed. By making a purchase, you acknowledge this and agree that you will not initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims through your payment provider.
8. Chargebacks and Fraud
Any chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate permanent suspension from the server, store, and all associated services. We reserve the right to pursue appropriate action to recover losses.
9. Rank and Perk Changes
In-game ranks, perks, features, and benefits may be modified, rebalanced, added, or removed at any time to ensure fair and enjoyable gameplay for all players. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
10. Server Availability
We strive for 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The server may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, security patches, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses incurred during downtime.
11. Item and Data Loss
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed in-game items, builds, or progress — whether caused by server issues, bugs, rollbacks, or player actions. We make regular backups but cannot guarantee data recovery in all scenarios.
12. Website Usage
The HavenCraft website is provided for informational purposes and player functionality (voting, leaderboards, profiles). You agree not to abuse any website feature, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to interact with the site.
13. Intellectual Property
The HavenCraft name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of the HavenCraft team. Player-created in-game content remains the creative work of its builders, but HavenCraft may use screenshots for promotional purposes.
14. Modification of Service
HavenCraft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the server, store, or website at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned major changes.
15. Enforcement
Violation of server rules or these Terms of Service may result in punishment, including feature restrictions, rank removal, suspension, or permanent bans — without refund of any purchases made.
